Our Commitment to Quality and Sustainability
At CoolAfricanMerch, we stand by our core values of sustainability and responsible fashion. We ensure that every order is crafted to the highest quality standards and undergoes rigorous quality control. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is found to be faulty.
Faulty Items: Replacement and Refund Process
In the rare event of a fault, please contact us at Hello@CoolAfricanMerch.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Our return policy is active for 20 days from the date of purchase. We offer FREE returns for store vouchers or replacement items within this 20-day period. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if 20 days have elapsed.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
IMPORTANT: Please email us before returning an item.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Hello@CoolAfricanMerch.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at Hello@CoolAfricanMerch.com for instructions on where to send the item.
Shipping Costs for Returns
For items over £75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
